Deep Tissue Meditation Massage

This treatment will target the back, neck, and shoulders with a deep tissue technique to help eliminate tension and stress. You will be guided into a more relaxed, peaceful state and can even opt to include meditation in your session. Let go of your worries and reset your active mind as you take this time to focus on your breath and just be.

Hot Stone Massage

Using a combination of hot stones on the body and cold stones on the face as massage tools, this treatment is perfect to lift away any tension within the body and help restore balance and rest to the muscle fascia. This is a less invasive treatment but will leave you feeling relaxed and restored.

Indian Head Massage

Incorporating the upper back, shoulders, face and scalp, this treatment works to release any stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints. Helps to relieve tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches,
migraine and sinusitis. This treatment can be done either sat in a chair for a deeper massage or laid down for a relaxing massage.

Gentle Detoxifying Massage

This treatment is designed to reduce swelling, improve circulation and encourage the natural detoxification of the body. Our specialised massage therapist will use gentle, rhythmic strokes to stimulate
the lymphatic system, improving the flow of lymph fluid and helping to remove toxins from the body. Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of this light massage and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

Gua Sha Face, Neck and Scalp Massage (this is a 30-minute treatment and can be added with any of the treatments above to make 50-minutes)
Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese healing technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. When applied to the face, neck, and
scalp, Gua Sha is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that aims to enhance skin health, reduce tension, and promote relaxation.
