Terms

  • *We are an all weather SPA so refunds won't be issued due to adverse weather.
  • *Any health issues or injury may affect your ability to partake in all of the experience.
  • *Full payment is taken upon booking. 
  • *7-days notice is required if you wish to cancel an experience. 2 days notice for treatment bookings.
  • *If cancelling experiences within 7-days, full payment will be credited to your account so that you can rearrange the experience upto 14-days after the originally arranged booking. Refunds will not be issued.
  • No personal alcohol consumption is allowed during experiences. 
  • 14-18 year olds may book and attend an experience with an adult and use the thermal facilities but unfortunately, we are unable to treat 14-18 year olds for insurance reasons. 
  • Groups of 4 or more guests will be asked to make one payment upon checkout for any additional drinks, treatments etc.
