So this time... bring your love. Shared calm is powerful. Shared rest is bonding. Taking time out together is one of the most meaningful gifts you can give.

We’ll begin with a restorative 75-min partner yoga session designed for deep, supported stretches and relaxation. Expect gentle, supported postures, restorative partner holds, and slow breath work that nurtures connection, gratitude and deep relaxation.

After a short break, you will return for a 60-min heart chakra opening crystal sound bath with the healing tones of 432hz crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, rain stick, soft drum beat in the rhythm of your heart beat. A truly special energy experience to rebalance your system.

Your journey will then continue into our outdoor Spa, which includes the use of the Himalayan Salt Sauna, Aromatherapy Steam Cabin, Ice Barrel Experience, Thermal Pool, and Hot Tubs.

A complimentary tea will be provided on arrival and during the break but all other drinks will be chargeable.

1:45pm Sound Therapy

2:45pm Lunch - A nutritious power bowl lunch included. (All dietary requirements catered for)

3:30pm Spa Garden Experience - Himalayan Salt Sauna, Heated Relaxation Lounge, Aromatherapy Steam Cabin, Ice Barrel Experience, Thermal Spa Pool, and use of our exclusive private Hot Tubs. 20-min Treatments for £30pp available to book during this time. Must be pre-booked in advance.
