Joyful Living Yoga & Spa Retreat: Celebrate, Flow, & Restore
In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to overlook life’s simple pleasures. This retreat is about pausing, appreciating, and celebrating—from the warmth of the sun on your skin to the rhythm of your breath. Through mindful movement and restorative stillness, we’ll reconnect with what truly lights us up, reminding ourselves that joy is a choice we make daily.
We’ll begin with an uplifting flow-style yoga session designed to awaken energy, release tension, and invite joy into our movement. Expect playful sequences, heart-opening postures, and a focus on breathwork that cultivates gratitude and presence.
Restorative Yoga: Surrender to Joy
Using gentle postures, supportive props, and mindful breathing, we’ll embrace stillness, allowing joy to settle in our hearts. This session is about letting go, trusting the journey, and resting in the simple pleasure of being.
You'll start your practice at 1115am for 1hr 15mins.
You'll then break for refreshments before another practise of 60-minutes.
Your journey will then continue into our outdoor Spa, which includes the use of the Himalayan Salt Sauna, Aromatherapy Steam Cabin, Ice Barrel Experience, Thermal Pool, and Hot Tubs.
A complimentary drink will be provided on arrival and during the break but all other drinks will be chargeable.

11:15am Welcome and Yoga Session
12:30pm Break / Refreshments (Complimentary Chai / Green / Lemon & Ginger / Peppermint Tea) any other drinks are chargeable.
12:45pm Yoga Session
2pm Lunch - A nutritious power bowl lunch. (All dietary requirements catered for)
2:30pm Spa Garden Experience - Himalayan Salt Sauna, Heated Relaxation Lounge, Aromatherapy Steam Cabin, Ice Barrel Experience, Thermal Spa Pool, and use of our exclusive private Hot Tubs.
4:30pm Close of spa / Check-out by 5pm
