YOGA & SOUND.

These experiences are an opportunity to unwind with a balance of 45 minutes of gentle yoga followed by another 45 minutes of immersive sound relaxation. We will start with a gentle yet energising yoga flow, followed by a 45 minutes of total relaxation with a Reiki infused Sound Bath.

SOUND HEALING

Sound healing uses vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, or tuning forks to restore balance in the body and mind. These vibrations can lower stress, slow brainwaves, and stimulate healing by aligning the body’s energy. The frequencies help clear blockages, promoting relaxation, emotional release, and improved well-being through resonance and deep meditative states. Reduces stress & anxiety, calms the nervous system and improves sleep.

Please bring your own pillow and blanket to ensure maximum comfort.

Make a day of it...

Add on an additional 90 minutes in the SPA from 12:30-2pm for just £30.

Includes full use of the: Himalayan Salt Sauna, Aromatherapy Steam Cabin, Ice Barrel Experience, Thermal Spa Pool, Fire Pit Serenity. Simply bring your own swimwear, robe, towel and flip-flops so you are fully prepared to chill.

Contraindications:
For your safety, please refrain from attending the sound relaxation session under the following circumstances
- If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy or have a high risk pregnancy
- If you are recovering from surgery or in chronic pain flare-ups eg migraines
- If you have epilepsy, seizures, or any unmanaged mental condition (such as bi-polar, schizophrenia, or trauma)
- Severe heart conditions - Participants with metal plates, recent surgeries, broken bones, major physical injuries, pacemakers, or experiencing tinnitus may experience heightened sensitivity to Sound Therapy.
