Grab yourself 60 minutes of chill time and experience the ultimate balance of relaxation and rejuvenation at Leeds' finest outdoor spa. Our recovery sessions offer you a unique blend of hot and cold contrast therapy set against the backdrop of nature's serenity.

Includes use of the:

Hot Himalayan Salt Sauna, Aromatherapy Steam Cabin, Ice Barrel Experience, Thermal Spa Pool & Fire Pit Serenity. Simply bring your own swimwear, towel and flip-flops so you are fully prepared to chill.

Check-in at the spa reception on arrival for your access wristband.

*Session may be transferred to another name though with advance notice.
*Due to the nature of this experience, only non-alcoholic drinks are available.
*14-18 years may book and attend with an adult.
